A Goldman desk is sounding alarms about small-caps right now. Their take? If the Fed delivers a hawkish cut, these stocks could be sitting ducks. The term they're using is "tactically vulnerable" — Wall Street speak for exposed and fragile when policy shifts turn unfriendly. Worth watching if you're positioned in that space.

Small-cap stocks are indeed a bit risky this time. Goldman is not wrong. One hawkish move from the Fed and it's over; these small ones really can't withstand it. "Tactical fragility" sounds uncomfortable, and I need to reduce my small-cap holdings as well. Goldman's warning this time is still worth paying attention to, although they often exaggerate. Small caps are truly a litmus test for policy direction; we need to be careful.

Goldman Sachs is fearmongering again. Are small-cap stocks really that fragile?

The pattern in small-cap stocks has already formed, and the chip distribution shows that institutions are quietly exiting. Once a hawkish rate cut is implemented, it will be difficult for the RSI to drop below 50.

This wave of small-cap stocks is really playing with fire—even Goldman Sachs has issued a warning.

Small-cap stocks have really become a target now, and Goldman is just worrying for nothing. --- Here we go again with the "tactically vulnerable" narrative, just worried the Fed might turn hawkish—who doesn't know that already? --- Damn, are small caps about to get hit this round? My positions... --- Goldman is stirring up anxiety again, but it seems like there might actually be something to it this time. --- If the Fed turns hawkish, small caps will have to shake out weak hands; that logic makes sense. --- Sounds nice, but what it really means is that risk is coming and it's time to bail—those blindly investing should be careful. --- What are small-cap investors thinking now? After hearing this, are they all going to flee? --- "Tactically vulnerable" just sounds like a fancy way of saying crash.

Hawkish rate cuts send small-cap stocks straight to the grave, Goldman is at it again.
