Honestly? Every single time something gains traction, copycats flood in trying to split the community with their own versions.
Saw it almost happen with KABUTO too. Luckily that copycat attempt didn't have enough backing to stick around.
Still frustrating though. For a moment I thought we were finally maturing as a space—that we'd moved past this constant forking and fragmenting. But nope. Turns out we're still stuck in the same cycle.
Guess the ecosystem isn't quite ready to evolve past the copycat meta yet.

Alright, this is just the fate of Web3... As long as there's hype, there will be people copying it. It's really annoying.

Damn, it's always like this. Every time a project gets popular, a bunch of copycats swarm in.

ngl, the fork dynamics here are almost predictable at this point... ever wonder if we're just missing better incentive alignment in our governance primitives?

Seriously, it feels like our circle is just a copy-paste factory—once things heat up, it grows chaotically.

Watching these copycats flood in wave after wave, it's really hard not to feel disappointed. The community split has never truly stopped.
