I've noticed a rather strange phenomenon.

On the ETH chain, as the meme frenzy gradually subsided, the ones that managed to hold out in the end turned out to be political narratives—it's as if this is the last stronghold that still belongs to it. Now SOL seems to be following a similar path: after the hype dies down, political memes have instead become the last bastion.

This has made me start to wonder: is political narrative the ultimate narrative in the crypto space? Even when the overall popularity of a chain is declining, can politics still keep things going?

I've always had this observation—Americans aren't as fanatical about celebrities as people from other regions, probably because they've poured all their "god-making" passion into the political arena. Now it seems that this cultural DNA is being replicated on-chain: the vitality and risk resistance of political memes are indeed on a different level compared to other narratives.

nah actually hold up—if you run the numbers on political meme longevity vs your standard pump-and-dump cycle, the correlation coefficient is almost *too* clean. been tracking this for months, the risk-adjusted returns on political narratives basically don't crater the same way other memes do. definitely not coincidence.

Honestly, political memes are indeed quite resilient, while other hot topics cool down really fast. To put it bluntly, it's still about human nature—stances are always more durable than entertainment. SOL is basically hanging on because of this right now, it's kind of hopeless haha. Americans put all their "god-making" energy into politics, that's a genius angle. Come to think of it, political polarization inherently brings traffic. The anti-aging cycle of political narratives is indeed stronger than other memes, it's pretty interesting. Makes me feel like I see things clearly now, but I still can't make any money. If you try to reproduce this logic on-chain... it feels a bit terrifying, bro. Politics never ends; are all other narratives just supporting acts?

Political memes really do hold up—while all the other narratives have faded, they're still alive and kicking.

Political memes are the last stronghold—every other narrative is just a flash in the pan, only this one can truly survive. Speaking of which, Americans really have a strong "god-making" gene, and when it's applied to political chains, it gets even crazier. SOL is also heading down this path, so it doesn't seem like a coincidence... This is what a true anti-cyclical asset looks like. Politics is always humanity's deepest obsession, more effective than any utility. It's just human nature. Americans are way more obsessed with politics than with celebrities—how could that obsession possibly disappear on-chain? In the end, as meme cycles come and go, it's always the political narrative that survives. When all the other hot topics are gone, the political narrative is the real moat.

Political memes are really thriving; all the other narratives are basically dead, but this one is still lively and kicking.

Political memes are really unbeatable—while other narratives die at the slightest risk, they’re still lively and kicking.

Political memes really are top-notch; they're basically the last stronghold of traffic.

Political memes are indeed resilient, but isn't that just human nature? There always has to be an opposing side in order to survive.

Political memes really are the last stronghold. Other narratives are collapsing one after another, but they're still holding the fort.

Political memes are indeed intense, but doesn’t this also show that our space lacks truly innovative narratives? All we do is rehash the same old stuff, no wonder every project ends up as a political appendage. That said, the American logic of turning politics into entertainment is really brainwashing, and now it’s been copy-pasted on-chain too. In the end, political narratives will still cool down. Don’t put your faith in some ultimate narrative—it’s all just cycles. This is a pretty deep observation, but I think the problem is that—we simply haven’t created anything that can replace politics. What people really need is to pick a side and a sense of belonging, whether it’s a celebrity or a politician, and crypto can’t escape this either.
