[Chain News] Recently, there’s been another major scandal in the crypto community—Li Feng, co-founder of Moore Threads, known as the “No.1 Chinese GPU stock,” was exposed for issuing a token to raise funds and allegedly still owes 1,500 BTC. As the whole issue was heating up, Star, the founder of a leading exchange, finally spoke out.
His response was rather restrained: “People can’t always live in the shadow of those past troubles. Look ahead and focus on positive things. Let the law handle the debt issue. Wishing all founders good luck.”
Nice words, but 1,500 BTC is no small amount—that’s several hundred million yuan at today’s prices. With a debt dispute of this scale, the legal process will probably be a drawn-out battle. But then again, the crypto space has witnessed too many feuds over the years, and the records between early players are probably impossible for anyone to straighten out.

The everlasting pain of bad debts in the crypto world
An executive from a certain exchange responded to the 1,500 BTC debt controversy: Let the law handle it, and look forward.
