Some accelerator programs really make you wonder. They offer $100k in funding, sounds generous until you see the fine print: 7% equity stake.
Is that a fair deal or straight-up highway robbery? For early-stage projects barely finding product-market fit, giving away that much ownership for what amounts to seed capital feels... excessive. The math doesn't lie. These terms hit different when you're grinding in the trenches trying to build something real.

7% of the shares for 100,000 yuan? This deal just doesn't add up. In the early stages of a startup, the most important thing is control. Getting taken advantage of and still having to thank them for the opportunity is just ridiculous.

7% is really harsh, isn't this just fleecing retail investors... Early-stage projects are already fragile, having to give up so much equity. Might as well try to raise funds on your own.

7% for 100k? Bro, if this isn't a cash grab, then what is it? Do they really think we're all fools?

7% really isn't much. The key is what value-added services the accelerator can provide. Just throwing money at it is useless.

This 7% is just too harsh. My friend got trapped like this, and only realized how much they lost when they tried to raise more funds later.

7% for 100,000? That number is obviously ridiculous. Early-stage projects are already fragile—if this isn’t robbery, what is it?

7% for 100k? This deal isn't worth it at all. Early-stage projects already have a hard time raising funds, and getting squeezed like this is just brutal.

7% for 100k? Bro, that's not a good deal. Early-stage projects are already tough, and getting bled dry makes it even harder.
