Lily Liu: "Enterprise chains" are killing the spirit of encryption, we should find back the native spirit of encryption.

BlockBeats news, on November 17, Lily Liu, the chair of the Solana Foundation, posted on social media calling for the “crypto world to return to the cypherpunk spirit.” Lily Liu stated: "We are currently in the era of 'AppChain'—companies with massive balance sheets and ready distribution channels can package a single sequencer with fancy marketing, while promoting the narrative that 'decentralization doesn't really matter,' claiming that these centralized efforts 'are helping Layer1 develop,' even though everyone knows this is just illogical promotional language. Meanwhile, the infrastructure of true crypto-native spirit, the AppChain, is being crushed by corporate giants. Even in revenue difficulties, these projects begin to self-hypnotize, believing the only way out is to transform themselves into 'AppChains.' This is far from the vision I yearned for when I first read the 'White Paper' on the 'peer-to-peer electronic cash system,' and I am certain this is also the common voice of the vast majority of crypto practitioners.
