Ruo Xi's three practical strategies for breakeven: precise position control + dynamic response

1. Position Management: Stop loss, stop loss, stop loss! There are rules for averaging down!
Slightly trapped (floating loss < 10%):
If the stock price falls below the short-term moving average (such as the 5-day line) and the rebound is weak, decisively implement the "3% stop-loss rule"—reduce positions immediately when losses reach 3% to avoid being boiled like a frog in warm water.
Deep trap (floating loss > 20%):
Use the "Pyramid Averaging Method": Use 1/3 of the funds for the first averaging, add 1/5 when the stock price drops another 10%, and use the remaining funds for each additional 5% drop, strictly controlling the total averaging funds to not exceed the original position.
2. Buying Point First Aid: Rescue from High Prices vs. Breaking Out from the Bottom
Stuck in a high position chasing涨:
If the stock price breaks below a key support level (such as recent lows or gaps), combined with a MACD death cross signal, firmly execute "break position and cut losses" to avoid deep traps on capital.
Buying the dip mistake leads to a trap:
Observe that the trading volume has moderately increased for three consecutive days, and after the appearance of candlestick patterns such as the Morning Star and the Bottom Red Three Soldiers, increase the position in two batches, with each batch not exceeding 50% of the original position.
3. Trend Warfare: Strategic Breakeven by Leveraging Momentum
Bull market:
Set a mobile take-profit line (such as tracking the 20-day line). Hold firmly as long as the stock price does not break; if it breaks, immediately lock in 80% profit, and use the remaining position to bet on the main upward wave.
Volatile market:
Using the BOLL indicator's upper and lower bands for trading: liquidate 1/3 when reaching the upper band, buy back at the lower band; combine with KDJ overbought and oversold signals, with no more than 2 trades per day.
💡 Risk Warning: When averaging down, ensure that the fundamentals of the individual stocks have no major negative factors; all operations must strictly set stop-loss and take-profit levels to avoid subjective assumptions! Feel free to communicate if you have specific cases or confusion! #BTC #ETH
