In the end of our lives, we find ourselves scarred by countless such traumas. I saw a very little girl playing table tennis, and as she played, she became unwilling to continue. The coach, standing outside the frame, said with a sour face, "If you feel uncomfortable, just adjust yourself beside it. Once you've adjusted, come back and play." The little girl, while shedding tears, adjusted herself beside the table and then came back to play, doing exceptionally well. I think this model is very Chinese; Chinese people find a driving force and energy in such endurance. But really, behind this, I believe there is a trauma in their hearts that needs to be healed. So when I talk about growth, it doesn't mean that I've suddenly improved; that's not the case. The concept of growth means that I understand and dare to bring out the wound I've hidden, and properly handle that energy. Only then do I grow, and it no longer becomes a problem.

Everyone must have their own sanctuary. Even gods have their own mountains, and Bodhisattvas have their own temples. They never reveal their true forms, yet they observe everything in the world. You need to find a place that can heal and nourish you, a place that can calm your mind when you are restless; this is a potent remedy. You must understand that when you find your own sanctuary, immersion is being yourself. Your spirit will not be depleted, and your work efficiency and chances of success will increase exponentially. With a stable and focused mind, everything will come to rely on you.

Top experts are good at thinking, rather than blindly inflating themselves. They calmly consider their opponent's desires, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses, and provide an irresistible reason for their opponent to yield at the right moment, defeating the enemy without fighting. You can only achieve your goals by clearly understanding what the other party needs and what they fear. Never let anger take over; anger will make you appear incompetent, and never make decisions when angry. Calmness is the foundation of all victories; it will allow you to defeat seemingly powerful opponents and win everything you desire.

Only by clearly understanding what the other party needs and what they fear can you use this as leverage to achieve your own goals. Never be angry; anger will make you seem incompetent. Moreover, never make decisions when you are angry. Calmness is the foundation of all victories; calmness will allow you to defeat seemingly powerful opponents, and calmness will help you attain everything you desire.
