A CEX chief compliance officer, Noah Perlman, plans to step down this year or next year

Gate News, April 6, a CEX chief compliance officer, Noah Perlman, is currently planning to leave his job this year or next year, and has already begun discussions with management regarding his departure. An insider revealed that Perlman has not yet determined his departure date and has not identified a successor. In response, the exchange said that Perlman “has no departure date, no determined successor, and is fully committed to his work going forward.” Perlman joined the exchange in early 2023; previously, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney. Earlier, The New York Times and Fortune had both reported on discussions related to Perlman’s departure.
