Gate News Report, March 25 — According to Bloomberg, stablecoin issuer Tether Holdings SA has paused its previously planned $20 billion fundraising, as the company awaits the results of its first comprehensive financial audit. Sources familiar with the matter said Tether may resume fundraising after the audit results are announced. It is reported that throughout the fundraising process, potential investors and bankers have urged Tether to increase financial transparency. However, one insider stated that some potential investors are still willing to support the company before the audit results are released.
