If you wish to view the email address or phone number linked to your Gate account, you may check it through the following methods:
- Click on the Security Settings page to see the email address or mobile number currently linked to your account.
- In the Gate App, tap your avatar in the top‑left corner of the Home page, then navigate to User Center - Security Center - Email / Mobile Number to view your binding information.
How to Check Your Full Email Address or Mobile Number
For security reasons, only a masked version of your email address or phone number is displayed. To request the full details, please submit a photo of yourself holding your ID document and a handwritten note clearly stating the following details:
- Gate account UID
- Full name
- Request purpose (e.g., retrieve linked email/phone number)
- Request date

Notes:
- Ensure your face is clearly visible in the photo, with no obstructions covering the ID card or handwritten note, and that all text is legible.
- After sending your email, you will receive an automated reply containing a ticket number, confirming that your request has been successfully submitted. Please watch for further updates from Gate team.
