CryptoWorld News reports that the hundred-billion-dollar AI data company Mercor has been sued at least seven times in recent weeks due to third-party data leaks.

The lawsuits allege that Mercor monitored outsourced personnel's computers, leaked facial biometric data and video interview content, violating federal regulations.
Plaintiffs claim that Mercor collected background check data from job applicants and shared it with partners, as well as monitored outsourced personnel's computers and shared data with clients.
Mercor denies the allegations, stating that it complies with all relevant regulations and has hired third-party forensic experts to investigate the leak.
Meta has suspended its partnership with Mercor and launched an investigation.
