Recently, I've seen a bunch of people watching large on-chain transfers and moving funds between exchange hot and cold wallets, then starting to interpret "smart money is coming/going"... Honestly, it's like watching the weather forecast and shouting about the end of the world—there's information, but most people use it as emotional fuel.

For PFPs, memberships, brands, I increasingly don't believe that "changing your avatar once has long-term value." Long-term value depends on continuous delivery: real utility, genuine community engagement, rules that don't change daily. If risks are hidden behind a bunch of flashy narratives, in the end, it's just short-term attention and long-term reputation damage.

I treat complexity as an enemy: if a benefit can be explained in one sentence, then don't make me read ten pages of documentation and still not know what I actually bought. Anyway, when I see a "membership upgrade roadmap," I first ask: what's the exit mechanism? Who's liable for breaches? If you can't answer, then forget it.
