Many people repeatedly stumble and recklessly ruin themselves in life and investing.

It may seem like bad luck, but the root cause is actually in the heart.
Laozi's "Tao Te Ching" reveals the essence with six words: Attain emptiness to the extreme, maintain unwavering tranquility.
Attain emptiness to the extreme
Empty all desires, obsessions, prejudices, and emotions in the heart, to the utmost.
If the heart is not empty, it cannot contain the truth; even the most professional analysis can be biased.
Maintain unwavering tranquility
In the face of external noise, market fluctuations, people's panic or frenzy,
still keep the inner peace, remain steadfast, not be swayed by rhythm, and avoid blindly following trends.
This is even more true in financial markets:
If the heart is not empty, greed to chase highs and fear to cut losses easily arise;
If the heart is not calm, frequent operations, gambling on news, and chaotic rhythm follow.
The saying "Deep love often costs much, and excessive hiding leads to great ruin"
is fundamentally about the inability to achieve emptiness and tranquility.
As a financial market analyst, the more I delve, the clearer I see:
Skills and systems are techniques; inner peace and certainty are the Tao.
Only by attaining emptiness can one objectively see the cycle and trends;
Only by maintaining tranquility can one uphold strategies, withstand fluctuations, and move steadily forward.
A clear mind leads to accurate judgment; a calm mind ensures steady actions.
Holding onto this six-word mental method can help both life and investment avoid most detours.
