Are these 4 coins strong at the current moment? And what should be added?
The crypto market always revolves around narratives. Looking at the portfolio structure including $TAO – $RENDER – $SOL – $AAVE, it can be seen that this is not a “short-term trend-following” portfolio, but rather a quite strategic structure, spanning from AI, DePIN, Layer 1 to DeFi blue-chip. Below is a detailed perspective: 1️⃣ TAO – The AI Infrastructure Story $TAO Currently has a market cap of about $3.63 billion, is on the rise, and RSI around 68 – meaning there is still room if capital continues to push the AI narrative. TAO represents the decentralized AI sector (Bittensor). If the market continues to prioritize AI infrastructure projects over memes or short-term L2s, TAO still has “space to grow.” Strengths: Big narrative, high speculation, strong volatility. Risks: High RSI, prone to technical correction. 2️⃣ RENDER – DePIN and Decentralized Compute $RENDER Market cap below $1 billion, currently in accumulation zone around $2. If DePIN becomes the main capital flow in the next cycle, RENDER could benefit greatly. The 71% green days last week indicate quiet accumulation demand. Strengths: Moderate market cap, clear story (GPU, compute). Risks: Needs to break strong resistance to confirm trend. 3️⃣ SOL – Layer 1 Comeback Solana is trading around $82–85, with a market cap of about $47 billion. The Alpenglow upgrade with the goal of finality under 1 second is an important technical factor to improve user experience. SOL remains one of the most vibrant ecosystems among L1s. If the market returns to an “altseason” cycle, SOL often leads the wave. Strengths: Strong ecosystem, high liquidity. Risks: High market cap, so upside potential for x10 gains is less easy. 4️⃣ AAVE – DeFi Blue Chip Aave is one of the leading lending protocols in DeFi. When the Fear & Greed index drops into the Extreme Fear zone (11), history shows this is often a long-term accumulation zone. Strengths: Blue-chip DeFi, benefits if TVL recovers. Risks: DeFi has not fully exploded again. Personal Opinion This portfolio has a fairly balanced structure: AI (TAO)DePIN/Compute (RENDER)L1 platform (SOL)DeFi (AAVE) No meme coins, no very low-cap high-risk coins. This is a portfolio focused on big narratives + solid fundamentals. However, it still lacks one important element: Bitcoin Exposure. Bitcoin remains the leading asset driving the entire market. In every cycle, BTC determines the flow of capital into altcoins. Not having BTC in the portfolio means you are betting purely on an altseason.
