Tencent CodeBuddy Apologizes

Abstract generation in progress

On the evening of March 9, Tencent CodeBuddy issued an apology statement: the login and service instability issues that occurred due to a surge in traffic have now been fully fixed. At present, the service is completely restored to stable operation—you can log in normally and use all features.

This incident was caused by the fact that, after WorkBuddy (Tencent’s version of “Little Crawfish”) was launched for domestic public testing, user traffic far exceeded expectations, resulting in the core services being under sudden, excessive pressure. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and poor experience this may have caused you. After the fault occurred, the technical team immediately expanded capacity by 10 times on an emergency basis.

To sincerely thank every user for their enthusiastic support and patient wait, we will, for all domestic-version new and existing users, provide a one-time grant of 5,000 Credits before 2026/3/31. (Tencent Cloud code assistant CodeBuddy)
