2025 revenue exceeds expectations! Country Garden Services rises nearly 4% in the afternoon, plans to pay a dividend of 1.5 billion yuan

On March 27, Country Garden Services (06098.HK) announced its 2025 performance and dividend plan during the lunch break, and the stock price surged nearly 4% after the afternoon opening.

According to the announcement, Country Garden Services achieved an operating income of 48.35 billion RMB for 2025, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%, compared to an estimate of 46.73 billion RMB; net profit was 601.5 million RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 66.7%, compared to an estimate of 1.68 billion RMB.

In addition, the company announced a final dividend for the year ending December 31, 2025, with a cash dividend of 0.0462 RMB per share. This dividend will be distributed on August 21, 2026. The ex-dividend date is June 8, 2026, and the record date is June 11, 2026. Shareholders have the option to receive shares instead of cash dividends, with the date of share distribution set for August 21, 2026. The board of directors indicated that if there is a change in the total number of shares issued by the company between the announcement date and the record date, the cash dividend amount per share will be adjusted accordingly, and the final dividend plan will be subject to a separate announcement.
