Chao Hong Ji announced that the operating income for 2025 is 9.318 billion yuan, an increase of 42.96% year-on-year. The net profit is 497 million yuan, an increase of 156.66% year-on-year. The profit distribution plan approved by the company’s board of directors is as follows: based on 889 million shares, a cash dividend of 3.5 yuan (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with 0 bonus shares (including tax) and no transfer of reserves to increase capital.
