If I were a whale, regardless of asset class, I would do everything to create this atmosphere:

1. At the top, make retail investors believe new highs are still possible
2. At the bottom, make retail investors believe new lows are still possible

Otherwise, how would I smoothly dump my position, and how would I complete my low-buy accumulation?
