Apple releases the second-generation high-end AirPods Max headphones. The AirPods Max 2, launching early next month, will be priced at HKD 4,599 and available for pre-order starting March 25.

This is the first major upgrade since Apple introduced this over-ear headphone model in 2020. The new product features some new functionalities and improved noise cancellation to compete more fiercely in the high-end headphone market.

In addition to offering five color options—Midnight, Starlight, Orange, Purple, and Blue—and equipped with Apple’s custom H2 chip, the new model also includes enhanced active noise cancellation, an improved microphone system, and a range of new features such as adaptive audio, conversation awareness, and real-time translation.
