Jiuzhou Yigui: Collaborating with Related Parties on Research and Development Projects, Self-Funded 5.67 Million Yuan
Kyushu One Rail announced that the company plans to sign a research project contract with Beijing Municipal Rail Transit Operation Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Municipal Rail Transit Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. for the “Research and Application of Line Intelligent Monitoring System Based on Voiceprint Recognition Technology,” jointly conducting research and application of the line intelligent monitoring system. Kyushu One Rail will invest 5.67 million yuan of self-raised funds into the research project, with no financial transactions among the three parties. This collaboration with related parties constitutes an associated transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization.
