Zelensky says Ukraine has sent drones and experts to U.S. military base in Jordan

According to the Central Television reporter, on the 9th, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that Ukraine has dispatched intercept drones and expert teams to a U.S. military base in Jordan to assist in defending against drone threats. He said that the United States requested aid from Kyiv on March 5, and the Ukrainian team set out for the Middle East on the 6th. Zelensky added that in the days following U.S. and Israeli actions against Iran, he and his team received calls from leaders of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia requesting related defense assistance. He also mentioned that another group of Ukrainian experts will go to Middle Eastern countries to help assess defense capabilities against Iranian drone threats without relying on expensive Patriot missile defense systems.
