First up, let’s take a look at Blue Owl. Deutsche Bank downgrade the stock to hold and set a new street low price target of $10 per share. That’s down from its previous target of $15.

The average 12-month price target on the street is $17, but the analyst said over at Deutsche Bank said it reflects the moderately more challenging environment for net flows into retail private credit products.

Next up, we take a look at Qualcomm. The company got two upgrades from the street. Wells Fargo raised its rating to equal weight while Loop Capital raised its rating to a buy.

The analyst over there said the recent underperformance was quote, fueled by a perfect storm of circumstances, but said it won’t last forever as the smartphone market does recover. The stock is down 15% year to date.

The firm said two factors that make it a buy is its market share gains and value-driven business model. Adding that the franchise business is remarkably stable and there’s room to grow in China and India, accounting for roughly 75% of international unit growth and about 35% of total operating income growth.
