ZTE Corporation: Plans to distribute RMB 4.11 in cash (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders

ZTE Corporation announced that the profit distribution plan for 2025 is based on the total share capital on the dividend record date, with a cash dividend of RMB 4.11 per 10 shares (tax included) to all shareholders. The parent company’s audited net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders for 2025 is approximately RMB 3.446 billion. Combined with undistributed profits at the beginning of the year of about RMB 28.871 billion, the company will distribute approximately RMB 2.951 billion in dividends for 2024. After deducting the statutory surplus reserve of about RMB 0, the remaining distributable profit to shareholders is approximately RMB 29.365 billion.
