Haha, I saw through this gamify logic a long time ago, it just makes people unable to stop. Wait, can the leaderboard really retain users? Why do I still find it easy to lose interest... The XP system is basically psychology, but I can't deny it's a bit harsh. User activity > trading volume, this idea is clever, finally a platform has figured it out. This kind of sticky design should have been popularized long ago, or users will leave very quickly.
