How are we feeling in the market right now? The Fear & Greed Index gives us a quick pulse check on whether traders are running on emotions or sitting tight. When Bitcoin and altcoins move, sentiment often shifts first—sometimes before price action even kicks in. Whether the needle is pointing toward extreme fear (a potential buying opportunity) or extreme greed (time to take profits), this metric helps separate emotional decisions from solid strategy. Worth tracking alongside your portfolio moves.

Honestly, Fear & Greed is just a psychological game. Most people will panic and sell off even when they see extreme fear.

The Fear and Greed Index is essentially an emotional indicator, but ultimately, making money depends on whether you can operate against human nature.

The Fear and Greed Index is basically a psychological game; I tend to trust my own instincts more.
