At 2 a.m., my phone kept vibrating nonstop. Groggily, I unlocked the screen, and a voice message from a fan popped up, trembling with a crying tone: "Emergency! 10,000 units of crypto assets all in with 10x leverage on XRP, just a 3-point pullback, and the account was wiped out! How is this possible…"

I looked at the trading screenshot he sent. Good grief, 9,500 units of principal all-in, going all-in with no stop-loss. This isn’t trading; it’s throwing money into a fire pit.

Having been in this market for so many years, I’ve seen too many stories of "all-in = guaranteed profit." Today, I must clarify: using all your capital incorrectly is even faster than closing positions gradually. Especially now, with such volatile market swings, people who don’t understand position logic will be eventually harvested by the market.

**Don’t blame leverage; the real culprit is position density**

Many people start blaming leverage after getting liquidated, but they’re looking at the wrong culprit. What causes you to go broke overnight isn’t leverage itself, but the proportion of your principal you put into the full position. I call this "position density."

A simple calculation makes it clear:

Suppose your account has 1,000 units of capital. If you put all 900 units into a 10x position, even a 5-point move against you will trigger a liquidation, wiping out your account instantly, with no chance to react.

But if you only use 100 units to open a 10x position? Even a 50-point move against you might cause liquidation. The difference between these scenarios is the difference between "staying alive" and "being eliminated immediately."

That fan is a typical example of excessive position density—putting 95% of the principal all in. Such operational logic can’t go far in any market.

95% all-in stop loss doesn't exist, this isn't trading, it's gambling, brother. The all-in killer isn't leverage, it's position density. You should have understood this principle long ago. What is this guy thinking? Opening 10x with a full position of 9500 units of capital, getting wiped out with just 5 points, serves him right. Position management is really the hardest to learn, but it's also the only way to survive. Looking at his screenshot, he doesn't even have the basic concept of risk control, he'll be eaten by the market sooner or later. Ten times leverage with a full position is just courting death. Opening with 100 units on leverage is really different from opening with 900 units. This lesson is bloodily learned; many people get wiped out and exit the market this way.

Full position all-in is truly reckless. Going 10x without stop-loss... this is not trading, it's gambling. A 95% position density is indeed outrageous; you'll get harvested sooner or later. If you leave stop-loss empty, you should already know the outcome. This guy was brought down by his own greed; leverage just amplifies stupidity. Position management is really more important than anything else. People without this concept are just handing over money.

95% of the principal all-in with 10x leverage, it's a miracle if he doesn't blow up... This guy is purely here to give away money.

95% full-position all-in, still dare to call out leverage traps? That's just outrageous, brother.

95% going all-in without stop-loss, this is not gambling, it's money-making --- Full position should explode, there's nothing more to say --- Leverage isn't the problem, the problem is the brain --- Really, I've seen too many such traps, they should go bankrupt --- Position management, most people simply don't want to learn --- 10x full position? Bro, you're just helping the exchange generate revenue --- Stop-loss is blank, this guy just wants to experience the thrill of zeroing out --- Getting liquidated at 5 points and still wanting to exit alive? Dream on --- It's not leverage issues, it's the brain not matching the account size --- Stories of XRP losing heavily happen every week, why can't some people learn --- Overly dense positions should pay some tuition, or they'll never fix this problem --- This is the fate of full-position players, no exceptions
