A women’s academy project in the technology sector of a leading exchange has provided systematic training to over 2,200 women across Turkey in less than a year, with the impact exceeding expectations. This long-term social initiative, jointly promoted by industry women’s organizations, focuses on three main areas: helping women understand the operational logic of the digital economy, mastering the fundamentals of the Web3 ecosystem, and improving personal financial literacy. The core goal of the project is clear—empowering more women to gain voice and decision-making power in the era of crypto finance.
