Sharing an experience method called the 1/2 Trading Method, which has been repeatedly tested over the years and works pretty well.

There are indeed a bunch of unclear patterns in stock technical analysis, and the 1/2 Trading Method is one of them. The phenomenon is simple: when the stock price rebounds from the bottom to half of the previous high, it often encounters selling pressure; conversely, when the stock price falls from the top to the half of the previous high, it often finds buying support. These phenomena are everywhere, and you can find supporting examples just by flipping through a few candlestick charts.

Based on this observation, a trading idea was developed. How to use it? It varies from person to person. Aggressive traders can position themselves early at this point to aim for greater gains; cautious traders wait for more confirmation signals to achieve a higher win rate. Once the core logic is clear, the specific buy and sell points depend on individual styles.
