此外，Vitalik 认为这意味着他们可以完全移除 Railgun 和 Tornado Cash 等隐私平台中「造成巨大用户体验痛苦的源头」public broadcasters，并用「通用公共内存池」取而代之。Vitalik 表示，所有以太坊账户在升级后都可以纳入同一框架，并获得批量操作和交易发起的能力。
