从规模上看，该交易具备可行性。Stripe 最新估值约为 1590 亿美元，明显高于 PayPal 约 430 亿美元的市值。分析师认为，PayPal 庞大的用户基础以及旗下点对点支付应用 Venmo，将为 Stripe 提供强大的消费端品牌和用户网络支持。
