BlockBeats 消息，2 月 21 日，MARA 周五宣布，其法国子公司 MARA France 已完成对 Exaion 64% 股权的收购交易。该协议最早于去年 8 月达成。作为交易的一部分，NJJ Capital 与 MARA 建立战略合作伙伴关系，NJJ 将收购 MARA France 10% 的股权。EDF 集团仍为 Exaion 的少数股东及客户。
据彭博社此前报道，MARA 以 1.68 亿美元现金从前母公司 EDF Pulse Ventures 手中购得 Exaion 控股权。法国政府曾以主权关切为由对该交易进行审查。
Exaion 董事会将由 MARA、EDF Pulse Ventures、NJJ Capital 各任命的三名、三名及一名代表，以及 Exaion 首席执行官兼联合创始人共同组成。亿万富翁 Xavier Niel 与 MARA 首席执行官 Fred Thiel 将共同加入 Exaion 董事会。
