Odaily星球日报讯 World Liberty Financial（WLFI）宣布，将与 DarGlobal、Securitize 合作，计划对 Trump International Hotel & Resort, Maldives 项目的贷款利息及收入分成权益进行代币化发行，作为其 WLFI 品牌 RWA 代币化的首个项目。该酒店项目由 DarGlobal 与 The Trump Organization 合作开发，预计于 2030 年完工，规划约 100 套超豪华沙滩及水上别墅。
WLFI 表示，本次代币发行将面向符合条件的合格投资者，提供固定收益及与贷款收益挂钩的现金流敞口，发行方式包括 Reg D 506© 私募及 Reg S（仅限经核验的合格投资者或非美国人士），代币转让及转售将受到相关限制。
