Odaily星球日报讯纳斯达克上市的比特币矿企 Cipher Mining 宣布计划根据市场情况和其他因素向合格机构投资者发行高级担保票据，募资总额为 20 亿美元，本次募资交易担保方为 Cipher Black Pearl 和 11786 Wink LLC，据悉本次发行所得款项净额将用于支付位于德克萨斯州温克市的高性能计算数据中心剩余建设成本，为偿债储备金提供资金以及支付相关的费用和支出等。（Globenewswire）
