日本或将于2028年解除对加密ETF的禁令，SBI和野村正推进开发相关产品

PANews 1月26日消息，据日经新闻报道，日本金融厅预计将于2028年解除对比特币等现货加密货币ETF的禁令。为实现这一目标，当局计划修改《投资信托法》施行令，将虚拟货币列为投资信托可投资的“特定资产”。据报道，SBI控股及野村控股等大型金融机构已在推进相关产品开发。若东京证券交易所批准上市，个人投资者将可通过证券账户，像买卖股票或黄金ETF一样交易虚拟货币ETF。此前调查显示，已有至少六家资管公司正在研究开发相关产品，目标客户包括个人和机构投资者。解禁的前提是税制改革。目前，日本对虚拟资产采用综合课税，最高税率达55%，相关讨论正寻求将其调整为分离课税，税率统一为20%。报道分析，此举将扩大个人及机构投资者的资产配置选择。
