Odaily星球日报讯 加密风投机构 Hashed 旗下子公司 Hashed Open Finance 发布轻量白皮书，提出名为 Maroo 的全新 Layer1 区块链概念，定位于服务韩元（KRW）稳定币经济。
Maroo 被设计为兼顾公链开放性与金融监管合规性的“主权区块链”，重点强化审计性与隐私保护等金融级特性。网络交易手续费将以 KRW 稳定币支付，以降低波动性并提升用户参与度。Hashed Open Finance 指出，现有公链（如以太坊）在网络层面难以实施反洗钱与 KYC 机制，且高度透明的设计可能暴露个人及企业敏感信息。
为此，Maroo 引入“双轨制”架构：一条“开放路径”允许自由创建钱包并进行交易，另一条“合规路径”则根据交易规模或场景引入身份验证与限制。同时，其可编程合规层（PCL）可在交易过程中自动执行额度与制裁审查，并支持随监管变化进行更新；可验证隐私框架则在必要的法律程序下实现选择性信息披露。此外，Maroo 预留了 AI 集成能力，用于认证 AI 代理、管理其权限与支出上限。
Hashed CEO Simon Kim 表示，稳定币正成为全球金融基础设施的重要组成部分，Maroo 旨在在尊重韩国监管环境的前提下，探索符合国际标准的技术开放路径，为银行、金融机构及金融科技企业提供下一代金融服务实验基础。
报道指出，该计划与韩国推进 KRW 稳定币立法的方向一致，相关规则预计将纳入正在制定的《数字资产基本法》，并可能在今年一季度内敲定。（The Block）
