Odaily星球日报讯纳斯达克上市比特币金融服务公司 Strive 宣布今日正式完成对 Semler Scientific 的收购，合并后的公司目前总计持有 12,797.9 枚比特币，并且成为全球 BTC 持有量第 11 大上市公司，该公司同时宣布任命 Avik Roy 担任首席战略官，Semler Scientific 前董事长 Eric Semler 则加入 Strive 担任独立董事，比特币战略总监 Joe Burnett 担任 Strive 比特币战略副总裁。（Globenewswire）
