PANews 1月16日消息，据Bitcoin Magazine报道，比利时第二大银行KBC集团宣布，将通过其在线投资平台Bolero为零售客户提供比特币和以太坊交易服务，成为该国首家提供此类服务的银行。该服务计划于2月16日当周上线，将在欧盟加密资产市场法规（MiCA）的监管框架内运营。
KBC表示已向监管机构提交完整的加密资产服务提供商通知。服务将采用“仅执行”模式，客户需自行决策并在交易前完成风险知识与经验测试。为降低欺诈与洗钱风险，平台采用“闭环”模型，客户只能在Bolero平台内买卖，无法向外部钱包或交易所转移资产，且由银行提供托管服务。
