TOXR ETF 将追踪芝加哥商品交易所（CME）CF XRP-USD 参考汇率（纽约变体），为投资者提供无需直接持有或托管 XRP 的投资方式。该基金年费率为 0.3%，按日计费，并以 XRP 每周支付。发行方采用多重托管架构，提高资产安全性并满足合规要求。
Ripple Markets 已为该基金提供 1 亿枚 XRP，作为初始流动性来源，当前价值约 2.26 亿美元。申购与赎回均可通过 XRP 直接转账或现金结算方式进行。TOXR 将成为继富兰克林邓普顿推出的 XRP ETF 之后，市场上最新的一只现货基金。
自美国首批现货 XRP ETF 于上月上市以来，市场资金流入速度持续强劲。在不到四周时间内，相关基金总流入量已接近 10 亿美元，目前达到约 9.54 亿美元，且迄今从未出现任何单日净流出。即便在市场波动的情况下，昨日仍有约 1000 万美元净流入。
