PANews 11月18日消息，据大象新闻报道，柬埔寨“太子集团”主席陈志曾试图通过在日本成立企业以获得长期居留资格，并在东京高级住宅区购入一套豪宅。“太子集团”近年来在日本创立三家相关企业，包括2023年成立的顾问公司Prince Japan、2024年成立的房地产公司Canopy Sands Development Japan Co.以及陈志本人于2022年设立的公司。这些企业曾举办研讨会推销柬埔寨高端房地产项目，疑似利用犯罪所得开发并通过销售进行洗钱。报道称，陈志最初的住所登记在柬埔寨金边太子控股集团总部附近，2024年变更为东京都港区一处高档公寓。据悉，该公寓面积超过150平方米，月租金约数百万日元，部分二手房售价超过16亿日元（约合1033万美元）。尽管陈志经常前往日本，但当地住户未曾目击其现身。此前，美国司法部指控“太子集团”涉及大规模投资诈骗及洗钱犯罪，并申请没收陈志持有的约120亿美元比特币资产。面对制裁压力，“太子集团”11月声明否认所有指控，称相关调查毫无根据，并质疑美方意图非法没收资产。然而，美英两国已联手实施制裁，其他国家也陆续展开调查。
