Trader levels include: beginner, elementary, intermediate, advanced and expert. Different levels correspond to different authorities in lead trading.
After you apply to become a trader and your application is approved, you will become a beginner trader. You can submit materials to apply for a level-up.

3. Procedures for Futures Lead Traders to Level Up
Users can submit level-up materials after the trader application is approved. They will level-up after being reviewed and approved in the backend. The review time is expected to be within 5 working days. The prerequisites that need to be met to level-up are as follows (you can level-up if all the requirements are met):
The required materials are as follows:
1.Personal profile: Fill in personal information, with no more than 250 characters.
2.Brief Introduction to trading background: Fill in the trading background information, with no more than 250 characters.
3.Social account: Provide us your Telegram, Twitter, with no more than 100 characters.
4.Screenshot of trading return: Multiple pictures can be submitted, with supported formats of JPG, JPEG, PNG, whose maximum size should not exceed 2MB, with no more than 5PCS.
If the lead trader is disqualified by the platform due to cheating or illegal operation, the positions led by him will be closed at the market price immediately. Profits from copying will not be shared, but will be owned by the copier himself. If there is a loss, the platform reserves the right to hold traders accountable.
How do you Level Up?
Complete process: Enter the “Leading Mode” page, select Futures, there, you can see the trader’s level below the user profile. If you meet the level-up requirements, click “Level Up”, and then fill in the corresponding information. After it’s approved by backend, the level-up will be completed. The new leading benefit corresponding to the new level will take effect immediately.

Note: Futures lead traders who apply to level up to “Advanced or higher level lead traders” are required to join the Copy Trading Lead Trader Risk Control System and set their max trading leverage under 25X. 1.Enter “Copy”-“Futures Copy Trading”-“My Copy Trading”-“Leading Mode” - “Futures”, click on “Level Up”.
2.After clicking on “Level Up”, first verify whether you meet the standard. If yes, go to the next step to submit the level-up materials.
3.After submitting, it will be reviewed by the backend, and you will get the level-up automatically after the review is approved.
APP:
1.Enter “Copy” - “Total Assets” - “Lead” - “Profile Setup” - “Trader Level”, and click on “Level Up” if you meet the level up requirements;
2.After clicking on “Level Up”, submit the level-up materials.
3.After submitting, it will be reviewed by our specialists, and you will get a level-up notificaiton automatically after the review is approved.
4.Use Beneficial Functions of the Platform
1.Join the Lead Trader Risk Control System Copy Trading lead traders can set Maximum Leverage Limits of different tokens of the Perpetual Futures (one for BTC & ETH and another one for the rest tokens). Once set, lead traders will only be allowed to trade under those limits, reducing trading risks of both themselves and copiers.
2.Join Lead Trader Qualifications Competitions Gate Copy Trading platform will hold lead trader loss/liquidation qualification competitions now and then, which will be helpful for lead traders to level-up.
