MediTech Pharma: Shareholder plans to transfer 3.5% of shares

Jin10 Data reported on August 21 that Menco Pharmaceutical announced that shareholders JSR Limited and Best Idea International Limited plan to participate in the pre-IPO shareholder Inquiry transfer, intending to transfer a total of 22,946,200 shares, accounting for 3.50% of Menco Pharmaceutical’s total share capital. This transfer is a private transfer, with the transferee being institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance. The lower limit of the transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average trading price of the stocks in the 20 trading days prior to the date of sending the subscription invitation (i.e., August 21, 2025, inclusive).
