After thinking about it, the answer is actually quite simple — mindset comes first, technique comes second. I've picked up some patterns over these years, so I'll lay them all out:

**Bitcoin is always the core.** If you want to survive in this circle, keep your eyes locked on BTC. When it rises, other coins get a chance to turn around; when it falls, altcoins will inevitably sink with it. Ethereum occasionally has independent movements, but don't fantasize that shitcoins can resist a bear market.

**BTC and USDT are a seesaw.** Remember this: when USDT surges, Bitcoin needs to be careful; when Bitcoin's rally is fierce, it's time to swap to USDT and lock in profits.

**Two golden time windows are worth watching:**

Midnight to 1 AM — "wick manipulation" often happens here, and overnight limit orders can easily catch a free wave. 6 AM to 8 AM is the day's weather report. If it fell in the first half of the night and keeps falling during these two hours, don't hesitate — add positions, and there's usually a rebound that day; the opposite — if it rose in the first half and keeps rising, get out quick, there's usually a pullback that day.

**About "Black Friday"?** Don't take it too seriously. Friday has had drops, but it's also had rallies and consolidations — what really matters is the news.

**The most practical bottom line:** As long as it's not outright vaporware and has normal trading volume, don't panic when it drops. In three to five days or a month, it'll recover. If you have spare money, layer in and reduce your cost average; if you don't, just hold tight — it's usually fine.

My best trade was buying Dogecoin at 0.085 and holding it until now — over 20x returns.
