Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC significantly reduced its stake in L3Harris Technologies Inc. by 66.3% during the third quarter, bringing their total holdings to 4,049 shares valued at approximately $1.24 million. This move comes as institutional investors collectively own 84.76% of the company, while notable insider selling has also occurred, with insiders having sold 19,025 shares worth about $6.82 million in the last 90 days. Despite the reduced holdings by some, L3Harris recently beat EPS estimates, increased its quarterly dividend to $1.25, and maintains a “Moderate Buy” average analyst rating with a target price of $328.57.
