Animoca Brands cho biết vào thứ Sáu rằng công ty đã nhận được giấy phép Nhà cung cấp Dịch vụ Tài sản Ảo (VASP) từ Cơ quan Quản lý Tài sản Ảo Dubai (VARA), qua đó mở rộng hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ tài sản số được quản lý tại khu vực này.
Giấy phép cho phép Animoca Brands cung cấp các dịch vụ môi giới – đại lý, quản lý tài sản ảo và đầu tư cho các nhà đầu tư tổ chức và nhà đầu tư đủ điều kiện hoạt động tại và từ Dubai, ngoại trừ Trung tâm Tài chính Quốc tế Dubai. Quyết định này củng cố chiến lược mở rộng của công ty tại Trung Đông và đảm bảo tuân thủ khuôn khổ pháp lý của Dubai.
Animoca Brands hiện quản lý danh mục hơn 600 công ty và tài sản số, bao gồm các dự án như Moca Network, Open Campus, Anichess và The Sandbox. Công ty cũng đang triển khai các sáng kiến về stablecoin và token hóa tài sản thực.
Việc phê duyệt diễn ra sau kế hoạch niêm yết Nasdaq của Animoca thông qua sáp nhập ngược, dự kiến hoàn tất vào năm 2026.
