ChainCatcher reports that according to Gate Market Data, U.S. stocks closed lower on Tuesday, with the Dow initially down 0.8%, the S&P 500 down 0.9%, and the Nasdaq down 1%. Harmony Gold (HMY.N) fell 8.5%, AMD (AMD.O), ASML (ASML.O), and TSMC each dropped about 4%, Micron Technology (MU.O) declined 8%, and Intel (INTC.O) fell 5%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index dropped 3.3%, and Alibaba (BABA.N) declined nearly 5%.
