西班牙的Sumar议会小组已提出对三项影响加密货币的主要税法进行改革的修正案，包括《一般税法》、《所得税法》和《遗产与赠与税法》。
该提案将改变加密利润的税收方式，将非金融工具资产的收益转移到一般所得税税级，从而将最高税率提高到47%，而不是目前的30%的储蓄税率，同时为企业持有者设定30%的统一税率，根据《CriptoNoticias》周二的报告。
左翼政治平台的计划还要求国家证券市场委员会(CNMV)创建一个可视化的“风险交通信号灯”系统，用于加密货币，显示在投资者平台上。
另一个有争议的因素是提议将所有加密货币归类为可附加资产，符合查封的条件。律师Cris Carrascosa在X上表示，这一提议是不可执行的，尤其是对于像Tether的USDt (USDT)这样的代币，根据MiCA规则，这些代币无法由受监管的托管人持有。
