根据 21Shares 公告，Strategy Yield ETP（代号：21ST）现于以下五个欧洲交易所交易：
· Xetra（德国，欧洲最大的 ETF 交易所）
· 泛欧交易所巴黎（Euronext Paris）
· 泛欧交易所阿姆斯特丹（Euronext Amsterdam）
· 伦敦证券交易所（London Stock Exchange）

21Shares 此前于 2026 年 2 月在泛欧交易所阿姆斯特丹推出了相关 Strategy 收益 ETP 产品（代号：STRC）；本次 21ST 的多交易所上上线进一步扩大了 Strategy 比特币相关 ETP 在欧洲市场的可及范围。
底层资产结构、收益机制与 21Shares 声明
根据 21Shares 公告，Strategy Yield ETP 通过持有 Strategy Inc. 发行的优先证券，为投资者提供与 Strategy Inc. 以比特币为中心的储备政策挂钩的收益。公告披露的收益机制要点包括：收益来自 Strategy Inc. 优先证券自发行以来的可变分红；比特币与美元储备的分红覆盖期逾 50 年；分红率每月审核一次，并设有与短期利率挂钩的最低分红率，以确保收益率与市场状况一致。
