Schneider强调，全球监管协同至关重要，各辖区规则无需完全相同，但确立共同的总体原则将有助于行业发展。他指出，若主要司法管辖区的规则差异过大，区块链或加密公司在拓展新市场或推出具有全球适用性的产品时将面临运作脱节。
