The era of free trading has ended!

Polymarket officially introduces fees today (March 30th)!
Starting today, **almost all market categories** (finance, politics, economy, technology, culture, weather, etc.) will begin charging a **Taker fee** (immediate execution of market orders), with a peak of about 1.8% (Crypto category), and around 1.0% for other categories.
- Only **geopolitics** and **world events** will remain **fee-free**
- **Maker orders** will still be **fee-free** and can earn liquidity incentives through rebates
- Dynamic probability fee rates: the closer to 50% uncertainty, the higher the fee
